June kicked off with a splash of generosity and a whole lot of excitement as we began planning our very first fundraiser: Bingo Bells & Beach Towels — a "Christmas in July" event with sunny vibes and a holiday heart.
This all came together thanks to Karen and Maryann, two amazing women who believe in The Kringle Cause and wanted to help us introduce our mission to the wider community. What started as a simple idea quickly gained momentum, with a location secured (thanks to Mimi’s Café in Chandler), and early planning underway for fun prizes, food, and a whole lot of summer cheer.
What makes this event special isn’t just the bingo or the beach towels—it’s what it represents. It’s the first time our community will come together in support of our mission. A chance to raise both funds and awareness, and to share the story behind the magic we’re building.
June was all about outreach: we started asking for prize donations from local businesses, Shelby boosted our social media presence, and the word began to spread.
We're calling it our first fundraiser. But really, it’s our first invitation to the community:
