The Kringle Cause, Inc. is an Arizona nonprofit organization, incorporated on March 13, 2025. We have submitted Form 1023-EZ to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. If approved, contributions to The Kringle Cause, Inc. will be considered tax-deductible retroactive to our date of incorporation.
This page exists to provide transparency about our fundraising activities and compliance with state and national charitable solicitation laws. It will be updated as we register or receive exemptions in various states or countries.
While our primary fundraising effortsâsuch as charitable events, auctions, and community outreachâare focused on our Arizona donor base, supporters may access our website and donation platforms from anywhere in the world. Online donations and in-kind sponsorships are gratefully accepted from individuals and organizations regardless of geographic location, provided doing so does not conflict with local or U.S. law.
As of now, The Kringle Cause is not required to register for charitable solicitation in Arizona. We have not yet registered in other U.S. states or foreign countries, but plan to do so as our operations grow and our donor footprint expands.
As we begin seeking larger grants, sponsorships, and in-kind donations from outside Arizonaâincluding from other states, Canada, and Mexicoâwe will register where required by law. Updates on our registration status and any state-specific disclosures will be posted here.
